New Evaluation Regulations and a Model Plan...
At the end of June, the DESE passed new regulations regarding teacher observation and evaluation. The new regulations can be found here.
A model plan for evaluation, provided by MTA, can be found here.
Currently we are forming a team of teachers and administrators to working together to determine how the new evaluation system will be implemented. Be sure to check in with your building reps and read your emails carefully to stay fully informed.
